Buyer returns Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO). Both parties complete KYC and entity verification.
Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) executed. Payment instrument (DLC/SBLC/MT103) established through buyer's bank.
Independent SGS or Intertek inspection at load port confirms product quality against SPA specifications.
Full shipping documents (B/L, COO, COA, SGS report) issued. Vessel nomination and port coordination managed.
Payment released against shipping documents. GDN coordinate any post-delivery queries and repeat order scheduling.
